Frequently Asked Questions
I have kids at home, will I still be able to have an in home training session with my kids around?
Yes, that is totally ok.
Can I use my insurance to cover the cost of personal training sessions?
As of right now, we are not working with any clients that use insurance for personal training. In general, most insurances do not cover personal training. There are circumstances where you could be reimbursed if personal training was prescribed by a doctor. However it is not something we have experience with. If you have insurance that does cover personal training, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you.
Do you do online personal training?
For clients that have been training with us for a while, a video call session is a possibility. But we do believe that personal training is more beneficial when it is done in person. This helps ensure proper form and technique with exercises. We also believe in person connection is so good for people, and it adds value to personal training.
Do you work with clients that have special needs or need special accommodations?
Yes. We believe everyone should have access to exercise and we will make accommodations for each individual's needs.
Do you need proof of income to participate in the income based sliding scale?
No, we operate based on trust.
